Soaked Asparagus Salad

An interesting and healthy appetiser. Easy to prepare yet loaded with zest.

Serves 2
Serving time: 15 minutes
INGREDIENTS:
1 bundle of asparagus
1 red onion
1 garlic cloves
1 teaspoon of mustard seeds
1/2 cup of vinaigrette
UTENSILS NEEDED: Chopping board, kitchen knife, serving dish, strainer, saucepan, stove.
STEPS:
Simmer enough water.
Immerse the asparagus into the simmering water.
After a few about 5 minutes, off the stove and drain the water using a strainer.
Transfer the asparagus into a serving dish.
Chop the onion and garlic, then spread unto the asparagus.
Mix the mustard into the vinaigrette, then pour unto the asparagus.
