No-Bake Nutella Cheesecake

No Bake and very simple to make. Every chocoholic will surely love this recipe.

Serves: 14-15 squares

Serving time: 15 minutes

Fridge time: 40 minutes


INGREDIENTS:

- 100 grams of melted butter

- 250 grams of butter cookies

- 500 grams of cream cheese

- ½ cup of icing sugar

- 400 grams of Nutella


UTENSILS NEEDED: tablespoon, mixing bowl, mortar & pestle or slide lock plastic bag & rolling pin, spatula, baking foil tray or any desired serving tray, thick drinking glass (optional), strainer.


STEPS:

  1. In a mixing bowl, softly blend 1 tablespoon of Nutella to the melted butter using the spatula. Set aside.

  2. Crush the butter cookies using a mortar & pestle or slide lock plastic bag and rolling pin.

  3. Once the cookies are fine, transfer it into a mixing bowl then add and mix the melted butter with Nutella.

  4. Create a crust by spreading the cookie mixture into a baking foil tray (make sure to set aside at least 3 tablespoon for the garnish). Press it harder using your knuckle or a the bottom of a thick drinking glass.

  5. Put the crust into the fridge to cool for about 20 minutes.

  6. Meanwhile, put the cream cheese into a mixing bowl. Then, using a strainer, slowly sip the icing sugar into it. After, blend it gently using a spatula.

  7. Add the Nutella to the cream cheese and icing sugar mixture.

  8. Continue to blend it softly until it is completely mixed.

  9. Spread the Nutella and cream cheese mixture on top of the cooled crust.

  10. Garnish it with the remaining crust.

  11. Put it back to the fridge for another 20 minutes or as desired.
