Simple, easy, fast and practical potato recipe that is surprisingly tasteful.

Serves: 2 - 3
Serving time: 1 hour
INGREDIENTS:
6 pieces of ruby lou potatoes (or you can use any desired type of potatoes.
1/4 kilo of bacon bits
4 tablespoons of salad dressing (any desired)
1 pinch of crushed and dried coriander seeds
1 pinch of dried oregano leaves
Sprinkle of salt
UTENSILS NEEDED: Saucepan, stove, fork, frying pan, spatula, strainer, chopping board, kitchen knife, mixing bowl.
STEPS:
On a saucepan, immerse the potatoes into the water and simmer for 10-20 minutes in medium heat.
To check if the potatoes is cooked right, begin to poke it with a fork after 5-7 minutes of simmering. Do this every now and then until it gets to your desired tenderness.
As soon as the potatoes is cooked, drain the water using a strainer and let the potato stand in a mixing bowl until its temperature subside (about 5 minutes).
Meanwhile, fried the bacon bits into the frying pan.
Slice the potatoes into desired size.
Mix salad dressing, coriander and oregano with the potatoes.
Sprinkle the bacon bits to the potato salad.
